Situated in a traditional style building in a residential area of Viejo San Juan. The spacious apartment is located on the third level and faces Calle San Justo. A block away from the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops & stores. Has two bedrooms w/ queen size/full-size beds & 2 bathrooms, A/C only in bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. It feels like home! The cleaning/laundry fee ($80) is an extra charge. "Flexible check-in" means early check-in: 10 am, late check out: 5 pm.

Guest access

Arrange are made to receive guests and make them feel welcome. The best option to arrive at the apartment from the airport is via taxi (approx. $25). Renting a car is not the best alternative since street parking is limited for public and garage parking is expensive, between $15-$25 daily

Please note:

Water pressure in showers is slow- it takes 30 seconds to get it to work. Adjusting the temperature is challenging because of the same reason. Please be aware. IMPORTANT: In the event of power or water shut down due to a city problem, we will refund unused nights only. If you choose to stay and wait until service comes back (from 2 to 8 hours), there will be no discounts. If internet service or a/c is malfunctioning, we will try to repair it as soon as possible- no refunds or discounts will be given. If you choose to leave, we will refund unused nights only.
