"My name is Margarita, and I have lived in Old San Juan for over 15 years (in Spanish, it is called “El Viejo San Juan”). I grew up on this beautiful and loving island. 

I manage many properties in Old San Juan and a beautiful villa at the Riomar Resort located near the rainforest on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. This management has allowed me to welcome people from all over the world. Through these contacts, I continue to be amazed at how diverse and wonderful our world is. 

People visit us for many reasons and experience our tropical atmosphere, music, food, culture, and, most importantly, their people. I sincerely hope that you like the place you chose to stay and that you enjoy your time in Puerto Rico!"
