My name is Margarita, and I have lived in Old San Juan, known in Spanish as El Viejo San Juan, for over 15 years. I was born and raised on this beautiful island, and I am proud to call it home.

I manage several properties in Old San Juan, as well as a beautiful villa at the Rio Mar Resort, located near the rainforest on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Through this work, I have had the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world, and I continue to be inspired by the diversity of people and cultures I meet.

People come to Puerto Rico for many reasons: to enjoy our tropical atmosphere, music, food, history, and culture, and most importantly, our warm and welcoming people. I truly hope you love the place you have chosen to stay and that your time in Puerto Rico is memorable and enjoyable.
