It feels like being at home! The facility runs its water supply on solar energy, so there will always be water in the apartment! "Flexible check-in" means early check-in at 10 am and late check-out at 2 pm.
The space
This building in particular. Its Spanish colonial finishes are very well handcrafted. Every room has a TV with cable; there is a/c in all spaces. The building has a cistern. It is quiet, located in a residential section of Viejo San Juan, where you can feel community.
Guest access
The guests have access to the grocery store, pharmacy, Marshalls, fast food, tourist information just two blocks away in Plaza de Armas. Restaurants, museums, a farmers' market, bars, and fortresses are walking distance. The trolley is free. Renting a car is not recommended, but if you do, please note that you will pay from $15 to $25 a day for parking in the parking garage. Street parking to the public is limited from 7 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday.
