This villa is located on the northeast coast of PR in the town of Río Grande, right in the the resort area of The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar . Within the resort area there are 2 golf courses, tennis club and beaches. Route 66 is an easy 45 minutes ride or less to San Juan .

The space

Spacious 1,100sq/ft. 2 Bedroom /2bth Mediterranean beach villa in Rio Mar Resort. Across from El Yunque Rain Forest and close to the famous Luquillo Beach. Great cross ventilation with windows on all 4 sides. A/C in the bedrooms and the living area. One queen bed is in the master bedroom and one is in the second bedroom. Queen sofa bed in the living area. 

Two TVs with basic cable .Walking distance to the beach and pool Club House (8 to 10min) and the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Hotel (20min) There is another swimming pool in cluster 11.

Double security guard entrance, assigned parking for one car. 2 Golf courses and tenis availabe on the premises.

El Yunque National Forest, formerly known as the Luquillo National Forest and the Caribbean National Forest, is a forest located in northeastern Puerto Rico. It is the only tropical rain forest in the United States National Forest System. The forest is commonly known as El Yunque, which may be attributed to either a Spanish approximation of the aboriginal Taíno word yu-ke which means "white lands", or the word "anvil," which is yunque in Spanish.

Is a 40 minute drive from the airport and 50 min from San Juan metro area. Having a car is recommended for getting groceries etc.
