When you rent an airbnb you are choosing to live as a local. The villa is on the ground floor. High ceilings, colonial meets modern. From all rooms large double doors open to a beautiful private open sky patio.
Fully equipped kitchen. Common coin laundry in the building. Walk to all the sites and amenities OSJ has to offer .ACs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, only ceiling fans in the living area. Great cross ventilation. Basic cable, Netflix and wifi fiber optic 50 mega are offered .

Totally remodeled with charming private interior patio on the quiet side of San Sebastian Street. 150 gallons reservoir tank/ NO generator.
One block from historic San Cristobal Castle .Walk to restaurants and shops in beautiful Old San Juan. A/Cs in the bedrooms , 2 bedrooms/1 bath . Internet, Net Flix.
😮😲Street parallel parking, first come, first served. Around the unit only full time residents with sticker, free from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm NO weekends , tickets are $250!!!!However there are multilevel Doña Fela , Covadonga and La Puntilla all in walking distance to the unit at very reasonable rates.
One queen bed in the master, loft bed in the second bedroom full on top , two twins in the botton that can be made into a queen if hook together .
The futton sofa in the living area is a full bed but no A/C here , only ceiling fans. Clean linens and towels will be provided , no need to wash them when you leave is part of your cleaning fee.
There is UBER, a bus terminal and a taxi stand walking distance . There is also a free trolley stop around the corner that goes to all the amenities sites in OSJ.
There is a $70 one time charge cleaning fee .
